Victoria Turnbull studied at the Cambridge School of Art and graduated with a MA in Children’s Book Illustration.
In 2013, she was named the winner of the Association of Illustrators New Talent Award (Children’s Book Category). Her first book, The Sea Tiger, was published in 2014 and shortlisted for the Waterstones Children’s Book Prize. Victoria now lives and works in London and is the author-illustrator of two further picture books, Kings of the Castle and Pandora.
